The candles were lit, the bass was rolling through my bones and my booty was shaking.
In my mind the words landed my toxic trait is forgetting that dancing like a “slut” is deeply connected to my power”.
I made it into a reel and it POPPED off. Women crying in my dm’s in this deep remembering.
The remembering that our bodies are not something to hide. Our sensuality is not something to apologize for. Our desire is holy.
And then the hate came in… the powerful reminders as to why this conversation is so damn important. Men telling me id never be respected, that i was fishing for attention, that this is exactly why women shouldn’t vote.
My fury came online… this fierce protector inside of me who said “this is exactly why this conversation needs to be happening” and not only that, but this is exactly why this RECLAMATION inside of our bodies needs to be happening.

I stopped manifesting from the neck up and my entire reality changed.
In 2025, everything expanded when I asked myself one question…
“What would happen if I went all-in on frequency first? And what if I applied all knew from the last decade of study in the fields of identity change and somatic work?
So I did.
I went all in.
I built daily rituals that changed how I related to men, money, my body, my business, and my health.
I had pleasure practices that helped rewire my nervous system.
I was doing somatic work multiple times per week to create an embodied state where everything I desired started to feel normal.
I stopped trying to force my vision into existence and started becoming the woman who could actually hold it.
And the external results followed…
MONTH 1:Highest launch in my business history - $30k+
MONTH 3:Made a bold $50,000 investment. It returned in sales within one week.
MONTH 4:Quantum leaped that - $120,000 in 40 days.
MONTH 4:80% re-sign rate in group programs. Clients locking in for a full year.
MONTH 9: I bought both of my parents trips overseas.
MONTH 11:I began spending time in rooms with multiple 7 and 8 figure entrepreneurs.
MONTH 12: Income 4x what it was one year earlier, with less effort than any previous year in business.
And the most important part of it all was that this didn’t come from hustle.
This was what happened when I stopped abandoning my body, stopped overriding my desire, stopped making wealth something outside of me, and let my nervous system learn that more could be safe, normal, and deeply pleasurable.
Honestly, it’s wild to say…But that $120k was the easiest money I’ve ever made.
I’ve been in business for a decade, and my work is rooted in self-worth because my own path started there.
Growing up with a meth-addicted father in a toxic home led to deep self-hatred, body dysmorphia, disordered eating, and low self-esteem throughout my early 20s.
So the foundation of my work has always been belief, embodiment, and identity.
Since 2016, I’ve studied in the realms of psychology, human potential, somatic work, and frequency-based modalities. I’ve travelled the world learning from teachers and facilitating retreats across Africa, Bali, and Europe, including rooms of multi-millionaires.
As my body came on board with my desire, opportunities followed.
As I opened my body to receive, life met me with more.
